Over two decades ago, our founder was in the thick of coast to coast operations and discovered that the recruiters he was working with simply did not understand the hospitality industry. Having worked with Celebrity Chefs, James Beard Nominees, Michelin Star concepts, high profile clientele, big box corporate themed restaurants, entertainment complexes and your local mom and pop establishments, he knew he could do better and he left to build 9 Hospitality.
What our founder has built is an operator minded, full-service, national management recruiting firm specializing in custom searches to meet your unique needs. We know not every job is the same, that is why we take the extra time to focus on your individual hiring needs. We do deep focus searches based on your specific requirements and perform detailed background checks and heightened reference checks. Because of our one on one connection with both the client and candidate, we have become known for making genuine relationships between talent and companies that last. We pride ourselves in having a high retention placement rate with the average candidate staying a minimum of 5 years and many staying until retirement.
