Consulting Services
At 9 Hospitality,we featurefull service Restaurant Consulting. Our consulting services cover it all, from opening new venues, creating new concepts, assisting businesses in fear of closure, P&L building and training, staffing front of house and back of house positions, full training manuals and customized employee handbooks.
On top of staffing both your front of house and back of house team, we will work side by side with your Executive team on food cost, COGS, menu inception and cost, pricing out dishes, P&L training, scheduling, and labor cost management. We assist with putting systems in place for food waste, setting pars and most importantly, sanitation guidelines to ensure you get that A grade from your local health department. We will engage your team in specific and specialized training for both hourly and management positions alike.

We also assist with interior design and execution of remodeling plans to include demo and rebuild of your existing site, furniture and equipment ordering, vendor execution and contract negotiation.
